Hello, my name is Rondregus A. Underwood best known as Mr.U! I'm the CEO and Founder of Mr. U's Closet, a fashion and marketing brand based in Dallas, Tx. With being discovered by agency representation at the age of 15, I pride myself on many consistent years of experienced growth in the industry as I've achieved being published several times, film credits,  celebrity collaborations, show productions, artist development,  photography, and celebrity image consulting as a stylist! Being published by What's Up Dallas Magazine as a Fashion icon is one of my greatest achievements! I am currently still a model at the age of 38 and represent several brands as an ambassador. I have a great passion for public speaking sharing my story and knowledge to inspire others. My goals are to continue in developing my talk show platform, The Mr.U Show because I feel it in bodies all of my talents to where it creates a comfortable space for others to share their stories of entrepreneurship.

I’m Jay Liner CEO and Founder of Disabled Powered I’m originally from Indianapolis Indiana been in Texas for 15 years. I was born with a disability called cerebral palsy. I started Disabled Powered so the disabled community can have a voice and the resources needed to be productive in life and not be judged by any means. At disabled powered, we are committed to providing resources and support to the disabled community. With our platform, we are connecting people of all abilities, sharing stories of success, and helping to break down barriers. We are dedicated to creating a space where everyone can be seen and heard and find the support they need. Our goal is to create an inclusive, safe, and empowering environment where people can find strength and hope, and ultimately, be empowered to live their best lives.
