The Contract ends upon event completion unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If the Vendor chooses to end the contract prior to event completion, the Vendor is not entitled to his or her money back. 

The Vendor and Women With Purpose Tour must agree to any changes to this contract in writing or by email form only. No modifications will be accepted via text or verbally. Written modifications only to be agreed upon by both parties involved. 

The Vendor grants permission and consent to Images You Can Hold Photography for the use of any photographs taken at the event taken by Images You Can Hold Photography or any business hired, for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. The vendor understands that there will be no payment for this release. The vendor understands that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to them by reason of such use.

Soliciting Rules
Vendors are NOT ALLOWED to sell any items not previously agreed upon or registered. All vendors ARE ALLOWED to promote their business and all entities pertaining to it. Promote your business prior to the event on all social media platforms at Women With Purpose Tour.

Advertising Rules

No false advertising of the event.
We encourage all vendors to #womenwithpurposetour on all pictures and videos taken. We greatly appreciate your support. 

Women With Purpose Tour does not allow late vendor setup. To run a business the first rule of thumb is to be on time. There will be a 5-minute open door policy. Any Vendors arriving 5 minutes or later after set up time begins at 11:00 am, will not be allowed to set up as a vendor. All monies paid will not be refunded. We ask that you be on time.  

Vendor agrees to obtain their own liability insurance for its rental space and property used in the Event. Vendor is responsible for any liability arising out of its participation in the Event, including product liability, acciden
